Organizational Structure & Management: Since our start-up, our management team has built an operating system geared towards high efficiency and productivity. Besides implementing ISO9001-2000 system, we have also adopted ethical approach based on the teachings of Confucius. We strive for a continuous highly efficient operation environment in order to achieve consistency in the quality of our products.

Our value help enhance our objective of achieving high quality and productivity which then lower our production cost. Our company is currently working on SA8000.

Care & Sharing: we place an important emphasis on building close relationships among our staff and we introduce a financial aid scheme to help our staff who may encounter any unforeseen circumstances. In this way, our staff feels a greater sense of security and belonging to the company. As our company progresses along the way, we plan to set up a Caring Trust Fund, providing financial assistance to members of team and to those less-privileged in our society.
